Q&A

What is the connection between your weekly church activities and your equine program?

Our Equine program is brand new and we are offering it through 3 Wings of Life, to benefit the children in our weekly church program.

Who decides which children get to participate in the Equine programs?

Really it is up to the parent and child collectively expressing the desire to participate.

What is the difference between Equine learning therapy and basic horsemanship?

Equine learning therapy is done on the ground with an equine specialist and mental health professional. It can be done with one person or in a group and one or multiple horses can be used. It is done in a safe, contained environment with plenty of space for the horses and people to feel comfortable interacting.

Basic horsemanship teaches children how to lead, brush, basic care, and introductory riding.
